Blackberry Kombucha Popsicles

Fun and refreshing blackberry popsicles with a surprise ingredient – kombucha!

Blackberry kombucha popsicle

Kombucha is a fermented tea, best known for its health benefits and curious flavors. You can find bottles of kombucha at your grocery store and at smaller local breweries, like Inspired Brews. Some people even brew their own at home!

Inspired Brews Kombucha

I tried Inspired Brews kombucha for the first time at the Collingswood Farmers Market and loved it. It’s bubbly, refreshing, and made with wholesome ingredients. My mind immediately went to work with all the fun things I could make with it. My favorite idea? Popsicles.

And the recipe can’t get any easier than this. Throw all the ingredients in the blender, pour into a popsicle mold, and freeze.
