Figs with Goat Cheese

  1. Trim the tough stem and bottom off of each fig, then slice in half.
  2. On the cut side of each fig, dollop 1/2 oz of goat cheese. 
  3. Drizzle each fig with honey and sprinkle with flaky sea salt.

Notes

If your honey is too thick to drizzle, place it in the microwave for just five seconds.
