Here’s the premise: A group of friends has a regular dinner party. The host gets to choose the theme and provides the entree, the guests bring the appetizers and desserts (and wine pairings).
Dan said the guys need to thank the ladies for class-ing them up for this fancy feast.
We were the hosts for the first “Gourmet Dinner Club” and it was a wild success. I chose my favorite theme, French, and served a nicoise salad with tuna steaks, homemade French bread, and the most delicious herbed potato salad.
Alicia and Danny brought the appetizers: delicious mini quiches and ratatouille toasts. I was too excited to get the party started that I forgot to get ANY pictures early in the evening, and no group photos. (I promise I’ll do better next time, guys!)
Jenn and Eric brought homemade creme brulee and A TORCH!
