In a large bowl, add wings, vegetable oil, garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix or toss to coat. Marinate in refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
Preheat grill to medium heat and grill wings 9 minutes per side. Check often to prevent burning. Wings should be crispy, but not burnt. Move wings around, paying attention to hot spots on the grill. When fully cooked (165 degrees), remove wings from the grill to a large bowl.
While the wings cool, make the sauce. In a small pot over medium-high heat, melt butter. When butter is fully melted, add hot sauce, honey, and molasses.
Add sauce to the bowl of wings and toss to coat.
Serve warm with celery and bleu cheese sauce or ranch dressing.
