Temperatures have dipped back into the 30s, and, after a week in the 70s, it feels terrible. But nothing a warm cozy meal and big glass of wine can’t fix, right?
While pork is a change from traditional stuffed shells, my favorite surprise with this recipe is adding the heavy cream to the basic jarred tomato sauce to make it both lighter and richer. I’ve already started thinking of other recipes to try this with. (Or a simple upgrade to the nights when all that’s coming out the kitchen is boxed pasta and a jar of marinara sauce?)
