- Full head of garlic
- 2 tsp olive oil
- Aluminum foil
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Cut off the top of the garlic and remove outer layers that easily rub off.
- Place on a square of aluminum foil and drizzle with olive oil and wrap tightly.
- Place directly on the oven rack and bake 40-45 minutes, until fragrant and soft.
- Let cool and squeeze out all the roasted garlic.
