Homemade Waffle Mix
Homemade waffle mix for quick and easy cozy mornings. 1 1/4 cup mix makes 4 waffles. The entire mix makes 32 standard-sized waffles.

Ingredients
- 8 cups all-purpose flour
- ½ cup sugar
- ¼ cup cornstarch
- 3 tablespoons baking powder
- 1 tablespoon kosher salt
A time of making, per 1 ¼ cup mix:
- 1 large egg
- 1 ¼ cup whole milk
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter melted and cooled
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the egg, milk, and melted butter.
- Add 1 1/4 cup waffle mix and mix gently until combined.
- Cook in your waffle iron according to manufacturers’ directions.
Notes
Store mix in an airtight container for up to 3 months.
